1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using ListingsGenius ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ListingsGenius is operated by ListingsGenius ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of service
ListingsGenius provides AI-powered optimization of e-commerce product listings for platforms including Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. The service rewrites titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search visibility.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page.
- Credits (optimization uses) reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or illegal
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
- Use automated scripts to generate bulk optimizations beyond your plan limits
- Resell or redistribute optimizations generated by the Service
6. Content and ownership
You own the listing content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI system solely for the purpose of generating your optimization. We do not claim ownership of your listings or the AI-generated output.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results (such as increased sales or search rankings). SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingsGenius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
